Relying on a new selection of Italian wines to seduce loyal customers with an attractive promotional offer and a choice between 2 boxes and an open offer. Reinforcing the cross-channel campaign with an e-mail mailshot.

Creation
Conceiving and creating mailshots that are pre-addressed and e-mail mailshots with a subtle staging of the offer. The use of cross channel implies a coherent communication between the various sales channels. A leaflet on the main offer will be reinforced with a Wine Cellar Guide Booklet that allows the customer to find all the answers to the questions he may have on the highlighted vintage wines and all the conditions for an enjoyable wine tasting.

Communication
The whole communication must display high quality in order to match with the brand image. In order to be persuasive and trigger a purchase, a mastery of and knoweldgeability in Italian wine-producing regions must be seen and conveyed through the print and digital messages.
